The difference between deactuation and actuation is specified by the hysteresis.
The hysteresis is less than 15% of the set point range.
This means:
1. VM150
Maximum set point (decreasing) is 280 l/min
Hysteresis is less than 15% of 280 l (= 42 l)
Maximum set point (increasing), actuation: 280 + 42 = maximum 320 l/min
2. VM165
Maximum set point (decreasing) is 410 l/min
Hysteresis is less than 15% of 410 l (= 61,5 l)
Maximum set point (increasing), actuation: 410 + 61,5 = maximum 471,5 l/min
Important:
The value of the hysteresis is always calculated as 15% from the maximum set point.
Example:
For a VM150, the value of hysteresis is less than 42 l (less than 15% of 280 l/min)
Even if the set point is adjusted to the lowest value 85 l/min, the hysteresis is also calculated from the maximum set point (280 l/min).
As a result, the actuating set point is maximum 127 l/min (deactuating 85 l/min + max. hysteresis 42 l = max. 127 l/min)
